Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 100 g cooked ham
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 50 g Emmental cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 2 egg yolks, hard-boiled
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 22 minutes

Low-carb

Cook the cauliflower florets in salted water until al dente. Meanwhile, chop the remaining ingredients. For the dressing, combine the sour cream, the 2 egg yolks, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix all ingredients together and let stand for at least 2 hours.
