Cauliflower salad 'classic'

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp oil (grapeseed oil or another mild oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

to enjoy lukewarm or cold

Cut the cauliflower into florets, wash, add to boiling salted water, and cook for 9-10 minutes (it should still have a bit of bite). Drain and rinse briefly. Make a vinaigrette with vinegar, salt, pepper, and oil. Pour over the still-warm cauliflower and mix gently. Let it stand for a while. This salad can be served warm or cold.
