Cauliflower salad my way

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 head of cauliflower
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 bunch of dill
  • some salt and pepper
  • 5 tbsp mayonnaise or 2 cups cottage cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Wash the cauliflower and cut it into eighths. Grate it on a coarse grater. Hard-boil the eggs and chop them into small pieces. Then mix them with the cauliflower. Chop the dill. Add the mayonnaise or cottage cheese and dill to the cauliflower. Season with salt and pepper to taste and mix thoroughly. Perfect with meat.
