Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 can of tomatoes
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- olive oil
- Sugar
- Broth, granulated
- cream
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Add a little olive oil to a pan and sauté the finely diced onions. You can also sauté diced garlic, if desired. Sauté the tomato paste and add the tomatoes. Simmer thoroughly. The tomatoes can be chopped a little. Add sugar to absorb the acid. Season with broth, salt, and pepper. Then stir in a little cream. Thicken to taste and according to the consistency of the sauce.
