Cauliflower Soup to Ivanka

The perfect cauliflower soup to ivanka recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 cups Very small cauliflower florets
  • 1,25 liter Vegetable broth (5 teaspoons instant) / alternatively beef bone broth
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1,5 tbsp Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 2 Yellow
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Nutmeg
  • 0,25 bunch Chopped parsley
  • 1 tbsp Peanut oil
  • 6 Nuremberg sausages thinly sliced
  • 4 Stalks of parsley for garnish
  1. Divide the cauliflower into very small florets (2 large cups full), wash and drain well. Simmer the cauliflower florets in the vegetable stock (1.25 liters) for about 10 minutes. Heat butter in a saucepan (1 tbsp), add / stir in flour (1.5 tbsp) (burn in) and deglaze / pour in the vegetable stock + cauliflower florets. 2 Whisk the yellow with a cup of milk and stir slowly into the soup. Season with salt (½ teaspoon) and nutmeg (1 pinch). Cut the sausages into slices and fry them in a pan with peanut oil (1 tbsp) until golden-brown. Fold in / add the chopped parsley and the fried sausage slices. Serve garnished with a stick of parsley.
