Ingredients
 

  • 1 Cauliflower fresh
  • 3 L Water
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 tbsp Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour

Instructions
 

  • Cook the cauliflower in plenty of salted water and remove it.
  • Make a sweat out of butter and flour and fill up with the cauliflower water until the desired consistency is achieved, then boil well.
  • Season with nutmeg and pepper and stir the beaten eggs into the boiling soup. Add a few cauliflower florets.
