Soup: Cauliflower Soup

The perfect soup: cauliflower soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 Cauliflower fresh
  • 3 l Water
  • Salt and pepper
  • Nutmeg
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 El Butter
  • 3 tbsp Flour
  1. Cook the cauliflower in plenty of salted water and remove it.
  2. Make a sweat out of butter and flour and fill up with the cauliflower water until the desired consistency is achieved, then boil well.
  3. Season with nutmeg and pepper and stir the beaten eggs into the boiling soup. Add a few cauliflower florets.
