Soup: Cauliflower Soup
The perfect soup: cauliflower soup recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cauliflower fresh
- 3 l Water
- Salt and pepper
- Nutmeg
- 2 Eggs
- 3 El Butter
- 3 tbsp Flour
- Cook the cauliflower in plenty of salted water and remove it.
- Make a sweat out of butter and flour and fill up with the cauliflower water until the desired consistency is achieved, then boil well.
- Season with nutmeg and pepper and stir the beaten eggs into the boiling soup. Add a few cauliflower florets.
