Sweet and Sour Pork

The perfect sweet and sour pork recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 400 g Pork loin
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Yellow peppers
  • 1 Red peppers
  • 3 Corn on the cob small
  • 100 g Mung bean sprouts
  • Vegetable oil
  • 6 tbsp Soy sauce dark
  • 1 tbsp Cane sugar
  • 3 cm Ginger
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 4 tbsp Sweet chili sauce
  • 4 tbsp Rice vinegar
  1. Clean the vegetables and cut them into bite-sized pieces (put the sprouts on one side) – likewise the meat. Chop the garlic and ginger very finely.
  1. Heat the oil in the wok and briefly sear the meat in it. Take out and put onions, peppers, corn in the hot wok. Sweat everything vigorously and add the meat and sprouts again – lightly caramelize with sugar.
  1. Deglaze with soy sauce and season with ginger, garlic, rice vinegar and chili sauce. Let everything reduce briefly, season to taste and serve.
