simple, tasty and healthy

Prepare a large bowl and add all the ingredients one at a time: Peel the celery and carrots and grate them into strips (using a grater). Peel the avocado and cut them into small cubes. Crack the walnuts and add them along with the raisins. Now for the dressing, first add the crushed garlic clove, a little salt and pepper, and then the yogurt. Mix everything thoroughly, and you have a delicious celery salad! Avocado tip: The avocado is truly ripe when the skin is already dark and the fruit can be slightly pressed in, meaning it’s soft.
