Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 4 carrots
  • 2 large potatoes
  • 5 stalk(s) Celery
  • 1 onion(s)
  • salt and pepper
  • 100 ml water
  • Fat for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Finely chop the celery, including the leaves, and blanch for 5 minutes. Clean, peel, and dice the onion, carrots, and potatoes. Sauté the onion, add the vegetables and celery, deglaze with the water, season with salt and pepper, and cook for about 20 minutes.
