Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g celeriac
  • 30 g flour
  • 50 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 dashes lemon juice
  • salt and pepper
  • Breadcrumbs for coating
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Peel and finely grate the celery, squeezing it lightly. Season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Add the egg, flour, and breadcrumbs and mix. Let the mixture rest for a while. Form small balls and roll them in breadcrumbs. Heat plenty of oil in a pan and fry the pralines over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes until crispy. Serve with cucumber salad dressed with horseradish, sour cream, and mustard. Approx. 240 kcal per serving.
