  • 6 stalks of celery greens
  • 100 g sea salt, coarse

Pluck fresh celery leaves from the stalks, mix with fine sea salt, and blend until fine in a food processor. Transfer to a shallow bowl, mix thoroughly, and let air dry. Place the dry celery salt in a spice grinder and add the coarse sea salt. Ready to use, versatile.
