Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ celeriac
  • butter
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the celeriac, halve it again, and cut it into 1-2 mm thick slices. Melt the butter in a pan and fry the slices for about 2 minutes on each side until lightly browned. Season with a little salt, and you have a seasonal vegetable with a twist. It goes very well with a Roman pot roast and is super quick to cook.
