Ingredients
 

Cevapcici:

  • 500 g Mett half and half
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 tsp Pepper
  • 1 tsp Rubbed marjoram
  • 4 drops Tabasco
  • 1 tbsp Hot beef broth
  • 6 tbsp Oil
  • 4 Onions approx. 200 g

Bell pepper salad:

  • 1 Red bell pepper approx. 250 g
  • 1 Yellow pepper approx. 250 g
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Light rice vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 2 big pinches Coarse sea salt from the mill
  • 2 big pinches Colorful pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

Cevapcici:

  • All ingredients (500 g half and half of meat, 1 clove of garlic pressed through the garlic press, 1 egg, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon sweet paprika, 1 teaspoon rubbed marjoram, 4 drops Tabasco, 1 tablespoon and hot beef broth) and with Mix / knead well with your hands. Shape thumb-thick rolls with moistened hands and fry them until golden-brown on all sides in a grill pan with oil (4 tbsp). Peel the onion, cut in half and cut into rings.

Bell pepper salad:

  • Clean and wash the peppers and cut into small strips. Mix / mix the paprika strips with olive oil (2 tablespoons), light rice vinegar (2 tablespoons 9, sugar (1 tablespoon), coarse sea salt from the mill (2 big pinches) and colored pepper from the mill (2 big pinches).

Serve:

  • Serve the cevapcici with onion rings and paprika salad.
