Champagne with Strawberries on Balsamic Cream

The perfect champagne with strawberries on balsamic cream recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Fresh strawberries
  • 50 g Sugar
  • 1 piece Vanilla pod
  • Balsamic vinegar crema
  1. Scrape out the vanilla stick and mix the pulp with sugar. Wash the strawberries and pour the vanilla sugar over them. Let everything stand for 10 minutes.
  2. Puree the juicy strawberries with a hand blender and strain through a sieve. Add 1 drop of balsamic cream. Top up with champagne, well chilled.
