Champagne with Strawberries on Balsamic Cream

- 200 g Fresh strawberries
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 piece Vanilla pod
- Balsamic vinegar crema
- Scrape out the vanilla stick and mix the pulp with sugar. Wash the strawberries and pour the vanilla sugar over them. Let everything stand for 10 minutes.
- Puree the juicy strawberries with a hand blender and strain through a sieve. Add 1 drop of balsamic cream. Top up with champagne, well chilled.
