Champigon -Bolognese – Tart

- 1 Puff pastry roll
- 250 Strongly seasoned minced meat sauce
- 150 g Fresh mushrooms
- 2 Mozzarella
- Basil leaves
- Make the minced meat sauce, fry the minced meat until crumbly, roast a finely chopped carrot onion and 6 finely chopped mushrooms, then add chopped tomatoes and simmer. Finally, season with some processed cheese.
- Place the puff pastry in a tart dish, fill in half of the mince sauce, spread the sliced mushrooms on top and then pour the rest of the sauce over the top, spread the mozzarella and cover with basil leaves. Now bake in the oven for 55 minutes at 160 degrees, if it gets too dark from above, cover with aluminum foil.
