Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 250 g whole wheat flour
- 100 g water, approx.
- 1 tbsp oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Wholemeal flatbread
Mix all ingredients into a smooth dough. Form 10 small balls and roll each one out thinly and round with a little flour. Then fry them in a hot pan without oil on both sides. Wrap them in foil (to keep them warm) and serve with Indian food.
