Cantonese roasted pork

Cut the meat into thin strips and set aside. In a large bowl, mix all the marinade ingredients and add the meat. Cover the bowl and let it rest in the refrigerator for about 24 hours. Remove the meat from the refrigerator and place it on silver aluminum grill pans. It should not be overlapping. Mix honey with a little warm water and set aside. Place the pans on the grill or charcoal grill and sear the meat thoroughly on all sides until cooked through. Just before removing it from the grill, brush the meat with the honey and water mixture and let it soak in briefly. Then remove it immediately from the grill or grill and serve. As a main course, serve with rice and an Asian sauce of your choice. Alternatively, you can also use the oven. Cook the meat at 195°C for about 30 minutes. Place a bowl of water under the meat to catch any drippings.
