Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g chard
- ½ red bell pepper(s)
- 2 eggs
- 50 ml sweet cream
- salt and pepper
- Butter, for frying
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Use the chard, stems included. Wash, chop, and simmer in water until soft, then drain. Dice the bell peppers, mix with the chard, and season with salt and pepper. Whisk the two eggs with the cream and season with salt and pepper. Mix the chard, bell peppers, eggs, and cream together in a bowl. Heat the butter in a pan and then add the omelet mixture, spreading it evenly in the pan. Fry on both sides until golden brown. This goes well with a salad with Chinese cabbage, for example, and some chopped bell peppers.
