Chard and vegetable spaghetti

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120g spaghetti
  • 100 g chard
  • 1 tomato(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow or red
  • chives
  • Parsley
  • basil
  • pepper
  • 1 chili pepper(s)
  • Paprika powder
  • herbal salt
  • 1 onion(s)
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Roughly chop the onion and the tomato and bell pepper. Finely chop the chili, parsley, basil, and chives. Roughly chop the chard, including the stems. Boil water and add the spaghetti and chard (stems and leaves). Leave everything in the pot until the spaghetti is al dente. Drain the water. Heat a little oil in a pan. Sauté the onion until hot. Then add the bell pepper for about 1 minute. Then add the spaghetti, chard, and tomato. Sauté everything briefly again. Then add a little water and let everything simmer. After about 5 minutes, add the herbs, turn off the heat, and let everything simmer again while stirring. Season to taste with herb salt, paprika, and pepper.
