Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 300 g natural cream cheese
  • 250 g quark, 40%
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 125 g powdered sugar
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 2 packs of cream stiffener
  • 100 g chocolate
  • ml milk
  • 50 g cocoa powder, instant, e.g. B. Kaba
  • 1 package of ladyfingers (depending on the size and height of the mold)
  • 1 tbsp baking cocoa

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix the cream cheese with the powdered sugar, then stir in the low-fat quark and 40% quark along with 1 packet of cream stabilizer. Then whip the cream together with the vanilla sugar and the other packet of cream stabilizer until stiff. Fold the stiffly whipped cream into the quark mixture. Chop the chocolate into small cubes and fold it in as well. Line the baking dish with the sponge fingers, mix the cocoa powder and milk (add cocoa powder for desired sweetness). Soak the sponge fingers in the cocoa powder and spread with the cream and quark mixture. Depending on the height of the dish, you can also add another layer of soaked sponge fingers and spread it on top. Finally, sift cocoa powder over the finished tiramisu. Let it rest in the refrigerator overnight.
