Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 750 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 750 g apples, peeled, pitted, cut into small pieces
  • 6 eggs
  • 60 g semolina
  • 9 tsp margarine
  • 3 tsp cornstarch
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 3 tsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp rum
  • some sweetener, to taste
  • 1 handful of grapes, if you like them
  • Fat, for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

For 8 pieces, low calorie

Mix all ingredients. Pour into a greased pan. Bake for 45 minutes on the lowest setting at 175-190 degrees Celsius.
