Cheese and cherry cake from the tray

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 140 g butter
  • 130 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 300 g flour
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • Fat, for the baking tray
  • 2 jars of sour cherries, 350 g each, drained weight
  • 140 g sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 600 g milk
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1,000 g quark
  • 150 g oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

for the Thermomix TM 31, for 24 pieces

Place all batter ingredients in the mixing bowl and mix for 30 seconds/speed 4. Spread the mixture thinly onto a deep, greased baking sheet or roasting pan. Distribute the sour cherries evenly on top. For the topping, add the sugar, eggs, and lemon juice to the mixing bowl and mix for 1 minute/speed 4 until frothy. Add the milk, custard powder, and quark and mix for 10 seconds/speed 4. Add the oil and mix for another 10 seconds/speed 4. Spread the cream over the cherries and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for approx. 30-40 minutes. Makes 24 pieces. Each piece contains 309 kcal. Variations: Depending on your taste, you can also use mandarins, pineapple, or peaches.
