easy and fast
Knead the minced meat, onion, breadcrumbs, salt, pepper, and eggs thoroughly. Mix in the grated cheese. Roll the minced meat out into a rectangle (works best on a baking sheet). Cover the rectangle with the cooked ham and cheese slices. Then roll everything up and press down firmly at the ends to prevent the cheese from running out. Heat the oil in a roasting pan. Brown the roll well on all sides. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Pour the vegetable stock into the roasting pan and place the meatloaf in the oven for about 15 minutes, until the liquid boils. Then cook the roast for one hour at 150 degrees Celsius (300 degrees Fahrenheit). Remove the roast and keep warm. Thicken the sauce a little more if necessary and then stir in the cream. The sauce is usually flavorful enough from the vegetable stock.
