Cheese and ham pretzel

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 pretzel(s)
  • 1 slice(s) ham (farmer’s ham) or cooked ham
  • 1 slice(s) Emmental cheese

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Preheat the oven to 220°C (top/bottom heat). Place the slice of ham in the center of the pretzel and place a slice of Emmental cheese on top. Return the pretzel to the hot oven for 15-18 minutes, depending on your oven and the desired browning. Remove from the oven after baking and enjoy fresh. If desired, you can use two slices of ham, and of course, you can use a different cheese if you prefer. Tip: If you’re in a hurry, this recipe also works great with frozen pretzels. Simply let the pretzels thaw a little first.
