Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 200 g blue cheese (e.g. Gorgonzola or Bavaria blue)
- 50 g butter, soft
- 1 egg yolk
- Salt, pepper from the mill
- 1 tbsp onion(s), chopped
- ½ clove(s) garlic, crushed
- 2 tbsp mixed herbs (parsley, dill, thyme, basil)
- 50 ml cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Finely chop the herbs. Strain the cheese through a sieve and cream it with the butter, egg yolk, and spices until fluffy. Add the herbs and cream. Serve with white bread or salted shortcrust pastry.
