Cheese and herb cream

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g blue cheese (e.g. Gorgonzola or Bavaria blue)
  • 50 g butter, soft
  • 1 egg yolk
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • 1 tbsp onion(s), chopped
  • ½ clove(s) garlic, crushed
  • 2 tbsp mixed herbs (parsley, dill, thyme, basil)
  • 50 ml cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Finely chop the herbs. Strain the cheese through a sieve and cream it with the butter, egg yolk, and spices until fluffy. Add the herbs and cream. Serve with white bread or salted shortcrust pastry.
