cooked cheese

Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g butter
  • 200 g cheese (hand cheese)
  • 200 g processed cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp, heaped baking soda
  • n. B. Caraway

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Crumble the butter and cheese. Melt slowly in a saucepan over low heat, but do not boil. Stir in the baking soda, sour cream, and caraway seeds. Be careful when adding the baking soda (it foams up quite a bit). Serve with some fresh, homemade bread, place the bowl of cheese on your lap, add a large spoon, and then sit on the couch in front of the TV. It’s also absolutely fantastic to take to a party.
