Cheese and leek cream soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 500 ml water
  • 2 vegetable stock cubes
  • 1 pt. Leek (creamed leek), frozen
  • 2 pts. processed cheese
  • 1 cup of cream
  • 60 g herb butter
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Heat some oil in a large pot and brown the minced meat. Add water and simmer until the minced meat is finely divided and no longer forms lumps. Add the stock cube and let it dissolve. Then add the leek, cheese, and herb butter and simmer until everything has melted. Finally, stir in the cup of cream.
