Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g flour
- 125 g sugar
- 100 g margarine
- 1 egg(s)
- 2 tbsp oil
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 500 ml milk
- 2 pts. pudding powder, vanilla
- 150 g sugar
- 600 g sour cream
- 2 cans of mandarin oranges, drained

26cm springform pan
For the dough, combine all the ingredients and pour into a 26cm springform pan for the base. Form a rim and prick the base with a fork. Make a pudding with the milk, sugar, and custard powder, then let it cool slightly. Stir in the sour cream and drained mandarins with a mixer and pour over the dough. Bake at 175°C (350°F) for 60 minutes. Remove from the pan only after it has cooled completely.
