Cheese and Leek Salad with Smoked Pork

The perfect cheese and leek salad with smoked pork recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

For the dressing

  • 200 g Kassler
  • 1 Leek stick
  • 2 tbsp Cream cheese
  • Milk
  • Salt, pepper, weekly ester sauce
  1. Cut the cheese and kassler into fine cubes. Wash the leek thoroughly and cut it lengthways into eighths, then cut across into fine strips. For the dressing, stir the cream cheese with a little milk until creamy, season. Mix all ingredients together, season to taste if necessary.
