Ingredients
For the dressing
- 200 g Kassler
- 1 Leek stick
- 2 tbsp Cream cheese
- Milk
- Salt, pepper, weekly ester sauce
Instructions
- Cut the cheese and kassler into fine cubes. Wash the leek thoroughly and cut it lengthways into eighths, then cut across into fine strips. For the dressing, stir the cream cheese with a little milk until creamy, season. Mix all ingredients together, season to taste if necessary.
