Smoked Pork with Apple and Leek Crust

The perfect smoked pork with apple and leek crust recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kilogram Kassel roast salmon
  • 2 Apples
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 5 tablespoon Bread flour
  • Salt

  1. Wash the leek thoroughly – cut in half into oblique slices, peel the apples, remove the ken casing and cut into wedges
