Smoked Pork with Apple and Leek Crust

- 1 kilogram Kassel roast salmon
- 2 Apples
- 1 pole Leek
- 5 tablespoon Bread flour
- Salt
- Pepper
- Oil

- Wash the leek thoroughly – cut in half into oblique slices, peel the apples, remove the ken casing and cut into wedges
