Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g Emmental cheese
- 2 bulb(s)
- 4 tbsp Balsamic vinegar (black currant balsamic vinegar)
- 2 tbsp oil
- e.g. salt and pepper
- e.g. fresh, chopped herbs, e.g. chives, parsley…
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Dice the Emmental cheese. Wash the pear, halve it, remove the core, and dice it. Stir together the dressing and season to taste. Mix everything together and serve in bowls.
