Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g Skyr (Icelandic cream cheese)
  • 100 g ham
  • 2 tbsp fresh herbs, chopped (e.g. chives, parsley..)
  • e.g. salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Chop the ham into small pieces and mix with the remaining ingredients. Season with salt and pepper. Serve as a dip or spread.
