Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 200 g cream cheese, 0.2% fat
  • 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
  • 4 tsp liquid sweetener
  • 12 raspberries, optionally strawberries, cherries or similar

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

Makes 12 muffins; low in calories and delicious

Mix the low-fat quark, cream cheese, vanilla pudding powder, and sweetener thoroughly. Divide the mixture evenly among the muffin tins. The muffins will be approximately the size you fill the tins with. Finally, press a raspberry into the center of each one and spread the batter out so the fruit is no longer visible. Now bake the muffins in the oven at 160°C (320°F). Check them after 15 minutes. When they’re already lightly browned on top, they’re done. Let them cool for about half an hour.
