Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of herb cream cheese, approx. 200 g
- 1 pack of feta cheese, approx. 200 g
- 1 cup of sour cream or crème fraîche, approx. 150 – 200 g
- 2 tbsp ajvar
- 2 cloves garlic
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the garlic. Peel the garlic and press it into the cream. Mix well and let it sit for about 1 hour. It’s a great side dish for a barbecue, but also simply served with baguette.
