Cheese and tomato soup

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat of your choice
  • 2 onions, diced
  • ½ liter meat broth
  • 1 can beans, green (or frozen)
  • 1 can of tomatoes, peeled
  • 1 point tomato(s), pureed
  • 2 pts. cream cheese spread
  • 200 ml cream
  • Pizza spice mix
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • some oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

super delicious, party soup

Season the minced meat and form into dumplings. Fry the onions in a little oil and pour in the broth. Add the dumplings to the broth and let them simmer. Add the beans and peeled and crushed tomatoes and heat everything through. Then add the cream cheese to the pot and let it melt, then pour in the cream. Season generously with the spices. Let it simmer until ready to serve. Serve with garlic toast or fresh ciabatta.
