Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 20 g fat
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 5 stalk(s) leeks
  • 1 ½ liters of broth
  • 200 g cream cheese spread
  • 200 g processed cheese, with herbs
  • 200 g processed cheese, with mushrooms
  • 1 jar mushrooms
  • ⅛ liter cream
  • salt and pepper
  • Parsley or chives

Brown the minced meat and ground meat in hot fat and season with salt and pepper. Bring 0.5 liters of broth with the leek to a boil and add. Mix the processed cheese with 1 liters of broth and add it as well. Finish the soup with the cream and mushrooms. Sprinkle with parsley or chives to finish.
