Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups flour
  • 2 packets of baking powder
  • 2 ½ cup(s) cheese, grated
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Combine ingredients (reserve 0.5 cup of cheese), pour into a lightly greased, large baking dish (loaf pan). Bake at 190°C for 25-30 minutes (or 5-10 minutes longer depending on your oven). Sprinkle half a cup of cheese over the top during the last 10 minutes. Tip: You could also add some frozen herbs.
