Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 100 g butter
  • e.g. herbs or spices or nuts
  • 1 egg(s) if needed, for brushing

It couldn’t be easier

Knead the first three ingredients together and shape into desired patties. Place the patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Sprinkle the patties with herbs, spices, nuts, or other ingredients, as desired, or brush with a beaten egg. Then bake the patties in a preheated oven at 150°C for about 15 minutes. Tip: If you like, the patties are even more delicious with whole-wheat flour. The quantities can be increased or decreased as desired. The important thing is to keep the ratio at 1:1:1.
