Cheese croutons for salad

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) of toast
  • 30 g cheese, spicy
  • 1 tsp oil for frying
  • e.g. pumpkin seeds or sunflower seeds

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Briefly toast the slice of bread and then cut into cubes. If desired, add pumpkin or sunflower seeds to the pan first, then briefly toast the bread cubes. Add the cheese. While the cheese melts, stir frequently and continue toasting to your liking. Remove from heat and let cool, then tear into cubes again. Add to or on top of the salad just before serving.
