Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g white currants
  • 200 g sour milk
  • 100 g milk 1.5% fat
  • e.g. vanilla sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 12 minutes

De-stem the currants, wash them, and then puree them or pass them through a sieve to remove the seeds. Add sour cream and milk to the pureed fruit and stir. Season with vanilla sugar. Pour into glasses and serve.
