Cheese dip for nachos

Heat the cream cheese, toasted cheese, and crème fraîche over medium heat for about 3-5 minutes, stirring constantly, until the cheese mixture has melted and reached the desired consistency. Instead of crème fraîche, you can also use heavy cream (20-25% fat content), sour cream (20-29% fat content), or milk (up to 3.8% fat). However, it is generally recommended to use heavy cream with a high fat content for warmer dishes. This does not curdle as much and retains a delicate, creamy consistency. Finally, the dip can be rounded off with spices. Depending on your taste, we recommend paprika, chili powder, or Tabasco. This gives any cheese dip that certain something. This amount of cheese dip is enough for 125g of nachos if used generously.
