Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g cheese (sliced ​​cheese), e.g. Chester
  • 280 ml milk
  • 1 chili pepper(s), finely chopped
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 1 tsp, granulated garlic
  • 1 tsp, crushed paprika powder, sweet
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Cooking/baking time approx. 7 minutes; Total time approx. 1 day 17 minutes

Unwrap the slices and heat them with the milk in a suitable bowl in the microwave for about 4 minutes at 600W. Then, thoroughly mix the cheese and milk until you have a smooth sauce. Add the chili pepper and spices, mix well, and heat again in the microwave for about 2-3 minutes. It can be used immediately, but it tastes even better if the dip is reheated and stirred briefly the next day.
