Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Cheese, Gouda, finely diced
- 2 tbsp Ham, diced or cabbage sausage
- 2 tbsp Grated Gruyère
- 2 tbsp Onion, finely diced
- 2 tbsp Spring onions fresh, cut
- 2 tbsp Rye flour
- 2 Potato, finely diced
- 4 tbsp Dumpling bread
- 2 tbsp Parsley fresh, cut
- 1 pinch Sweet paprika
- 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
- 1 Egg
- 25 g Butter
- 0,7 L Vegetable broth
Instructions
Cheese dumplings:
- Chop the ingredients accordingly and mix together to form a dumpling mixture. Let it steep for 10 minutes and then shape into soup dumplings (3 cm). Brown the dumplings on all sides in a pan using a little butter. Then pour hot vegetable stock over them and serve. Can also be used as sauce dumplings with Bernaise sauce.
