Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbsp Cheese, Gouda, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Ham, diced or cabbage sausage
  • 2 tbsp Grated Gruyère
  • 2 tbsp Onion, finely diced
  • 2 tbsp Spring onions fresh, cut
  • 2 tbsp Rye flour
  • 2 Potato, finely diced
  • 4 tbsp Dumpling bread
  • 2 tbsp Parsley fresh, cut
  • 1 pinch Sweet paprika
  • 1 pinch Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 Egg
  • 25 g Butter
  • 0,7 L Vegetable broth

Instructions
 

Cheese dumplings:

  • Chop the ingredients accordingly and mix together to form a dumpling mixture. Let it steep for 10 minutes and then shape into soup dumplings (3 cm). Brown the dumplings on all sides in a pan using a little butter. Then pour hot vegetable stock over them and serve. Can also be used as sauce dumplings with Bernaise sauce.
