Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 tbsp margarine
  • 6 slice(s) cheese, thick
  • 6 slices of cooked ham
  • 5 eggs
  • 8 tbsp cream
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Grease a baking dish with margarine. Add the cheese, then top with the ham. Crack the eggs and drop them onto the ham. Lightly whip the cream, season with salt, and spread it over the eggs. Bake at 200°C for 15 minutes.
