Ingredients for 30 servings:

  • 250 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of sweet paprika powder
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 125 ml cream
  • 125 g margarine
  • 200 g cheese (Gouda), grated

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Mix all ingredients into a dough and chill for 15 minutes. Roll out the dough to 1/2 cm thick, cut out the feet, and brush with egg yolk. Sprinkle with sesame seeds, poppy seeds, caraway seeds, etc. Bake at 180°C for approximately 12-15 minutes.
