Cheese Fries

The perfect cheese fries recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 tsp Vegetable oil
  • 800 g Potatoes
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 65 gr Cheese
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  1. Line the baking sheet with baking paper and brush with vegetable oil. Cut the peeled potatoes into 1-2 cm thick sticks. Spread the potatoes on the baking sheet and season with salt and pepper.
  1. Approx. Bake for 40 minutes in a preheated oven at 200 degrees until golden brown. Place the Cheese Fries side by side, sprinkle with cheese and bake for another 5 minutes. Once the cheese has melted, the fries should be served warm immediately.
