  • 400 g minced beef
  • 40 g breadcrumbs
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • 125 ml milk
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 2 tsp parsley, chopped
  • butter
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Mix breadcrumbs with milk and cream, let stand for 15 minutes. Blend the ground meat with the milk and cream mixture, onion, and seasonings until smooth. Form small meatballs and fry on all sides in a pan with a little butter. Serve as an appetizer or as an accompaniment to a Swedish smorgasbord.
