Cheese, Ham and Puff Pastry Tourinos

- 2 leaf Frozen puff pastry
- 1 Pc. Egg
- 2 tsp Cayenne pepper
- 1 Cup Cheddar cheese
- 20 disc Streaky bacon
- 0,5 Cup Brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Rosemary
- Let the puff pastry sheets defrost side by side and roll them out into a rectangle. Brush with beaten egg, season with a little cayenne pepper and sprinkle with plenty of coarsely grated cheddar cheese.
- Press the cheese down well with a rolling pin, fold in the dough once and press firmly.
- Cut the puff pastry pocket into several strips and twist the individual strips of dough against each other. Wrap slices of bacon around each of these dough sticks.
- Mix the brown sugar and rosemary. Roll the puff pastry strips coated with bacon in it.
- Place on a grill rack with a fat pan and bake in the oven at 190 ° C for 40–50 minutes. Tip: Line the fat pan with aluminum foil so that it remains largely clean.
