Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 10 g yeast, fresh
  • 50 ml water
  • 150 g yogurt (3.5%)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • Flour for the work surface
  • 4 slices of cheese
  • 4 slices of cooked ham
  • n. B. Milk for brushing

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

For the dough, place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and knead for 2 minutes on the “dough” setting. Transfer to a bowl and let rise in a warm place for about 30 minutes. Roll out the dough on a floured work surface into a 30 cm circle. Divide this into 8 cake slices. Cut the cheese to size and place a triangle on each slice. Halve the cooked ham and place it over the cheese. Roll up from the longer side, place on a baking tray and brush with a little milk. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (fan oven) for about 20-25 minutes. If you make 8 croissants, one contains about 243 kcal, 12 g protein, 8 g fat and 29 g carbohydrates.
