Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 300 g processed cheese
- 400 g minced meat, mixed
- 3 stalk(s) leeks, thick, cleaned, diced, only the white part
- 3 carrots, peeled and diced
- salt and pepper
- 500 ml broth, maybe a little more
- Clarified butter
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
ideal as a party soup
Sauté the vegetables in clarified butter. Add the ground meat and fry until crumbly. Season with salt and pepper, then add the broth and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then slowly melt the cheese. Serve with baguette. Variation: Use 400g mushrooms instead of the carrots.
